That happened a little over a year ago when Troy\u00a0 succumbed to a rare form of cancer.<\/p>\n<p>According to Ginny, \u201clive huge\u201d was the philosophy her husband lived by. Every day was a time to \u201csuck the marrow from the bones of life.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And \u201cliving huge\u201d is the way Ginny has chosen to honor her husband. Among other things, she has decided to pursue a lifelong dream of a career in photo journalism.<\/p>\n<p>And this summer, along with the couple\u2019s eight-year-old daughter, Tess, Ginny is taking a marathon trip to all the places Troy loved, crisscrossing much of the continental U.S, pausing along the way to show Tess the meaning of her daddy\u2019s words.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Ginny and Tess were at the Grand Canyon, then Taos and Santa Fe, New Mexico. And Sunday night they were onboard Amtrak\u2019s Southwest Chief where they shared a meal and their story with Charlotte and me.<\/p>\n<p>We parted with green bracelets they gave us with the words \u201cLive Huge\u201d engraved across them.
