If not, it will burn through the tin foil (more lost drippings).<\/p>\n<p>Place directly on hot coals, 4 to 6 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>Open carefully with a fork, careful not to get burned by the steam.<\/p>\n<p>Salt and pepper to taste.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepared a special feast in my fire pit yesterday.
